Titus Flavius ​​Norbanus was a Roman politician living in the 1st century AD .

A military diploma proves that Norbanus was governor of the province of Raetia on May 13, 86 . In this function, together with the governor of the province of Germania inferior , Aulus Bucius Lappius Maximus , he defeated the rebellion of the governor of the province of Germania superior , Lucius Antonius Saturninus , in the winter of 88/89 . According to Cassius Dio , he was involved in the assassination of Domitian on September 18, 96 as the Praetorian prefect .

Because of his name, he may have belonged to the wider family of the Flavian imperial family.
