The men's 100-meter run at the 2015 Pan American Games took place on July 21 and 22 at the CIBC Pan Am and Parapan Am Athletics Stadium in Toronto .

25 runners from 16 countries took part in the runs. The gold medal went to Andre De Grasse after 10.05 seconds, silver went to Ramon Gittens with 10.07 seconds and the bronze medal went to Antoine Adams with 10.09 seconds.
