The women's 1,500-meter run at the 2015 Pan American Games took place on July 25 at the CIBC Pan Am and Parapan Am Athletics Stadium in Toronto .

Twelve runners from nine countries took part in the run. The gold medal was won by Muriel Coneo after 4: 09.05 min, silver went to Nicole Sifuentes with 4: 09.13 min and the bronze medal was won by Sasha Gollish with 4: 10.11 min.
