The men's high jump at the 2015 Pan American Games took place on July 25 at the CIBC Pan Am and Parapan Am Athletics Stadium in Toronto .

Eleven high jumpers from seven countries took part in the competition. The gold medal was won by Derek Drouin with 2.37 m, silver went to Michael Mason with 2.31 m and the bronze medal was won by Donald Thomas with 2.28 m.
