The men's 1,500-meter run at the 2015 Pan American Games took place on July 24 at the CIBC Pan Am and Parapan Am Athletics Stadium in Toronto .

15 runners from eleven countries took part in the run. The gold medal was won by Andrew Wheating after 3: 41.41 min, silver went to Nathan Brannen with 3: 41.66 min and the bronze medal was won by Charles Philibert-Thiboutot with 3: 41.79 min.
