The men's 1,500-meter run at the 2019 Pan American Games took place on August 8 at Villa Deportiva Nacional in the Peruvian capital, Lima .

13 runners from ten different countries took part in the run. The gold medal was won by José Carlos Villarreal after 3: 39.93 min, silver went to John Gregorek Jr. with 3: 40.42 min and the bronze medal was won by William Paulson with 3: 41.15 min.
