The women's 3,000 meter obstacle course at the 2019 Pan American Games took place on August 10 at Villa Deportiva Nacional in the Peruvian capital, Lima .

13 runners from nine countries took part in the run. Geneviève Lalonde won the gold medal after 9: 41.45 minutes, which was also a new record for the Pan American Games. Silver went to Marisa Howard with 9: 43.78 min and Belén Casetta won the bronze medal with 9: 44.46 min.
