The women's 10,000-meter run at the 2019 Pan American Games took place on August 6 at Villa Deportiva Nacional in the Peruvian capital, Lima .

13 runners from nine countries took part in the run. Natasha Wodak won the gold medal after 31: 55.17 minutes, which was also a new record for the Pan American Games. Silver went to Risper Biyaki with 31: 59.00 min and Rachel Cliff won the bronze medal with 32: 13.34 min.
