The women's 800-meter run at the 2019 Pan American Games took place on August 6th and 7th at Villa Deportiva Nacional in the Peruvian capital Lima .
14 runners from ten different countries took part in the races. The gold medal was won by Natoya Goule after 2: 01.26 min, silver went to Rose Mary Almanza with 2: 01.64 min and the bronze medal was won by Deborah Rodríguez with 2: 01.66 min.
