The men's 100-meter run at the 2019 Pan American Games took place on August 6th and 7th in the Villa Deportiva Nacional in the Peruvian capital Lima .

24 runners from 16 different countries took part in the races. The gold medal was won by Mike Rodgers after 10.09 s, silver went to Paulo André de Oliveira with 10.16 s and the bronze medal went to Cejhae Greene with 10.23 s.
