Pan American Games 2019 / Athletics - 50 km women's walk

The women's 50 km walk at the 2019 Pan American Games took place on August 11 at Kennedy Park in the Peruvian capital, Lima . The competition was in the program for the first time.

10 female walkers from five countries entered the competition. The gold medal was won by Johana Ordóñez after 4:11:12 h, silver went to Mirna Ortiz with 4:15:21 h and the bronze medal was won by Paola Pérez with 4:16:54 h.
