Pan American Games 2019 / Athletics - Men's Marathon

The men's marathon at the 2019 Pan American Games took place on July 27 at Parque Kennedy in the Peruvian capital Lima .

18 runners from 14 countries took part in the run. Cristhian Pacheco won the gold medal after 2:09:31 h, which was also a new record for the Pan American Games. Silver went to José Luís Santana with 2:10:54 h and the bronze medal was won by Juan Joel Pacheco with 2:12:10 h.
