The women's javelin at the 2019 Pan American Games took place on August 9 at the Villa Deportiva Nacional in the Peruvian capital Lima .

14 female javelin throwers from ten countries took part in the competition. The gold medal went to Kara Winger with 64.92 m, silver went to Elizabeth Gleadle with 63.30 m and the bronze medal went to Ariana Ince with 62.32 m.
