The women's discus throw at the Pan American Games 2019 took place on August 6th in the Villa Deportiva Nacional in the Peruvian capital Lima .

13 discus throwers from eight countries took part in the competition. Yaime Pérez won the gold medal with 66.58 m, silver went to Andressa de Morais with 65.98 m and Fernanda Martins won the bronze medal with 62.23 m.
