The men's long jump at the Pan American Games 2019 took place on August 7th at Villa Deportiva Nacional in the Peruvian capital Lima .

13 long jumpers from eleven countries took part in the competition. The gold medal was won by Juan Miguel Echevarría with 8.27 m, silver went to Tajay Gayle with 8.17 m and the bronze medal was won by Emiliano Lasa with 7.87 m.
