The women's 100 meter run at the 2019 Pan American Games took place on August 6th and 7th at Villa Deportiva Nacional in the Peruvian capital Lima .

22 runners from 17 different countries took part in the races. The gold medal was won by Elaine Thompson after 11.18 s, silver went to Michelle-Lee Ahye with 11.27 s and the bronze medal went to Vitória Cristina Rosa with 11.30 s.
