Michael Mason (2008) won silver

The high jump of the men at the Pan American Games in 2019 took place on 9 August at the Villa Deportiva Nacional in the Peruvian capital Lima instead

14 high jumpers from eleven countries took part in the competition. The gold medal was won by Luis Zayas with 2.30 m, silver went to Michael Mason with 2.28 m and the bronze medal was won by Roberto Vilches with 2.26 m.
