Pan American Games 2019 / Athletics - Women's 1500m

The women's 1500 meter run at the 2019 Pan American Games took place on August 9 at Villa Deportiva Nacional in the Peruvian capital, Lima .

Eleven runners from nine different countries took part in the run. The gold medal was won by Nikki Hiltz after 4: 07.14 min, silver went to Aisha Praught-Leer with 4: 08.26 min and the bronze medal was won by Alexa Efraimson with 4: 08.63 min.
