The women's 4 x 100 meter relay at the 2019 Pan American Games took place on August 9 at the Villa Deportiva Nacional in the Peruvian capital, Lima .

36 runners from nine countries took part in the run. The gold medal won the relay from Brazil after 43.04 s, silver went to Canada with 43.37 s and the United States won the bronze medal with 43.39 s.
