The women's marathon at the 2019 Pan American Games took place on July 27 in Parque Kennedy in the Peruvian capital Lima .

17 runners from eleven countries took part in the run. Gladys Tejeda won the gold medal after 2:30:55 h, which was also a new record for the Pan American Games. Silver went to Bethany Sachtleben with 2:31:20 h and Angie Orjuela won the bronze medal with 2:32:27 h.
