Pan American Games 2019 / Athletics - Women's Heptathlon

The heptathlon women in the Pan American Games in 2019 took place on 7 and 8 August 2019 in the Villa Deportiva Nacional in the Peruvian capital Lima instead.

Nine heptathletes from seven countries took part in the competition. The gold medal was won by Adriana Rodríguez with 6113 points, silver went to Annie Kunz with 5990 points and the bronze medal was won by Martha Araújo with 5925 points.
