Shane Brathwaite (2015) won the gold medal

The men's 110-meter hurdles at the 2019 Pan American Games took place on August 9th and 10th at the Villa Deportiva Nacional in the Peruvian capital Lima .

13 runners from nine countries took part in the races. Shane Brathwaite won the gold medal after 13.31 s, silver went to Freddie Crittenden with 13.32 s and the bronze medal went to Eduardo Rodrique with 13.48 s.
