The high jump women in the Pan American Games in 2019 took place on 8 August at the Villa Deportiva Nacional in the Peruvian capital Lima instead

Twelve high jumpers from nine countries took part in the competition. The gold medal went to Levern Spencer with 1.87 m, silver went to Priscilla Frederick with 1.87 m and the bronze medal went to Kimberly Williamson with 1.84 m.
