The women's high jump at the 2015 Pan American Games took place on July 22nd at the CIBC Pan Am and Parapan Am Athletics Stadium in Toronto .

16 high jumpers from eleven countries took part in the competition. The gold medal went to Levern Spencer with 1.94 m, silver went to Priscilla Frederick with 1.91 m and the bronze medal went to Akela Jones with 1.91 m.
