The women's 10,000 meter run at the 2015 Pan American Games took place on July 23 at the CIBC Pan Am and Parapan Am Athletics Stadium in Toronto .

14 runners from ten countries took part in the run. Brenda Flores won the gold medal after 32: 41.33 minutes, which was also a new record for the Pan American Games. Silver went to Desiree Davila with 32: 43.99 min and Lanni Marchant won the bronze medal with 32: 46.03 min.
