The men's 400m hurdles at the 2015 Pan American Games took place on July 22nd and 23rd at the CIBC Pan Am and Parapan Am Athletics Stadium in Toronto .

22 runners from 16 countries took part in the competition. Jeffery Gibson won the gold medal after 48.51 s, silver went to Javier Culson with 48.67 s and the bronze medal went to Roxroy Cato with 48.72 s.
