The women's 400-meter hurdles at the 2015 Pan American Games took place on July 21-22 at the CIBC Pan Am and Parapan Am Athletics Stadium in Toronto .

16 runners from twelve countries took part in the run. Shamier Little won the gold medal after 55.50 s, silver went to Sarah Wells with 56.17 s and the bronze medal went to Déborah Rodríguez with 56.41 s.
