The men's 10,000m run at the 2015 Pan American Games took place on July 21 at the CIBC Pan Am and Parapan Am Athletics Stadium in Toronto .
14 runners from eleven countries took part in the run. The gold medal was won by Mohammed Ahmed after 28: 49.96 minutes, silver went to Aron Rono with 28: 50.83 minutes and the bronze medal was won by Juan Luis Barrios with 28: 51.57 minutes.
