Mohammed Ahmed (born January 5, 1991 in Mogadishu ) is a Canadian long-distance runner of Somali origin.

In 2012 he finished 18th at the Olympic Games in London over 10,000 m .

In the following year he finished 22nd at the World Cross Country Championships in Bydgoszcz in 2013 and was ninth in the 10,000 m at the World Athletics Championships in Moscow .

At the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, he was fifth over 5000 m and sixth over 10,000 m.

In 2015 he won the 10,000 m at the Pan American Games in Toronto .
