Lawi Lalang (2019) won the bronze medal

The men's 10,000-meter run at the 2019 Pan American Games took place on August 9 at Villa Deportiva Nacional in the Peruvian capital, Lima .

11 runners from nine countries took part in the run. Ederson Pereira won the gold medal after 28: 27.47 minutes, silver went to Reid Buchanan with 28: 28.41 minutes and Lawi Lalang won the bronze medal with 28: 31.75 minutes.
