The pole vault women at the Pan American Games in 2019 took place on 8 August at the Villa Deportiva Nacional in the Peruvian capital Lima instead

11 female pole vaulters from eight countries took part in the competition. Yarisley Silva won the gold medal with 4.75 m, silver went to Katie Nageotte with 4.70 m and the bronze medal went to Alysha Newman with 4.55 m.
