Juliana de Menis Campos (born October 17, 1996 in São Caetano do Sul , state of São Paulo ) is a Brazilian pole vaulter .
Athletic career
Juliana Campos gained her first international experience in 2012 at the South American Youth Championships in Mendoza , where she won the bronze medal with a skipped 3.45 m. The following year she retired at the Youth World Championships in Donetsk with 3.55 m in qualification, before she won the bronze medal at the Junior South American Championships in Resistencia with 3.60 m. In 2014 she won the silver medal at the U23 South American Championships in Montevideo with 3.70 m and in 2015 she won the silver medal at the Junior South American Championships in Cuenca with 3.90 m and the bronze medal at the Pan American Junior Championships in Edmonton with 4.00 m. The following year she won the U23 South American Championships in Lima with 3.90 m and in 2017 she won the silver medal behind the Venezuelan Robeilys Peinado at the South American Games in Cochabamba with 4.20 m . Then she won with 4.40 m at the Ibero-American Championships in Trujillo and at the U23 South American Championships in Cuenca also with 4.40 m.
In 2019 she won the bronze medal behind Peinado and the Colombian Katherin Castillo at the South American Championships in Lima with a skipped 3.91 m . Then she was at the Summer Universiade in Naples with 4.31 m fifth. She then took part in the Pan American Games in Lima for the first time and finished eighth there with 4.10 m. In the following year she won the silver medal behind the Peruvian Nicole Hein at the first indoor South American Championships in Cochabamba with 3.80 m .
From 2017 to 2019 Campos was the Brazilian champion in pole vault.
