Sage Watson (2015) won the gold medal

The women's 400-meter hurdles at the 2019 Pan American Games took place on August 6th and 8th at Villa Deportiva Nacional in the Peruvian capital Lima .

15 runners from 13 countries took part in the races. Sage Watson won the gold medal after 55.16 s, silver went to Anna Cockrell with 55.50 s and the bronze medal went to Rushell Clayton with 55.53 s.
