The women's hammer throw at the Pan American Games 2019 took place on August 10 at Villa Deportiva Nacional in the Peruvian capital Lima .

Twelve hammer throwers from nine countries took part in the competition. Gwewn Berry won the gold medal with 74.62 m, Silver went to Brooke Andersen with 71.07 m and Rosa Rodríguez won the bronze medal with 69.48 m.
