The men's 3,000-meter obstacle course at the 2015 Pan American Games was held on July 21 at the CIBC Pan Am and Parapan Am Athletics Stadium in Toronto .

13 runners from nine countries took part in the run. The gold medal was won by Matthew Hughes after 8: 32.18 min, silver went to Alex Genest with 8: 33.83 min and the bronze medal was won by Cory Leslie with 8: 36.83 min.
