The men's 110-meter hurdles at the 2015 Pan American Games took place on July 24 at the CIBC Pan Am and Parapan Am Athletics Stadium in Toronto .

19 runners from twelve countries took part in the competition. David Oliver won the gold medal after 13.07 seconds, which was also a new record for the Pan American Games. Silver went to Mikel Thomas with 13.17 s and Shane Brathwaite won the bronze medal with 13.21 s.
