The men's 200-meter run at the 2015 Pan American Games took place on July 23 and 24 at the CIBC Pan Am and Parapan Am Athletics Stadium in Toronto .

29 runners from 21 countries took part in the runs. The gold medal was won by Andre De Grasse after 19.88 s, silver went to Rasheed Dwyer with 19.90 s and the bronze medal went to Alonso Edward with 19.90 s. Dwyer also ran a new record in the Pan American Games with 19.80 seconds in the semifinals.
