The women's marathon at the 2015 Pan American Games took place on July 18 at Ontario Place in Toronto .

17 runners from eleven countries took part in the run. The gold medal was won by Adriana Aparecida da Silva after 2:35:40 h, which was also a new record for the Pan American Games. Silver went to Lindsay Flanagan with 2:36:30 h and Rachel Hannah won the bronze medal with 2:41:06 h.
