Omar Cisneros

Omar Cisneros Bonora (born November 19, 1989 in Camagüey ) is a Cuban hurdler who specializes in the 400-meter distance .

In 2008 he retired from the Olympic Games in Beijing with the Cuban team in the run-up to the 4-by-400-meter relay .

At the World Athletics Championships in Berlin in 2009 and in Daegu in 2011 , he reached the semi-finals. At the 2011 Pan American Games in Guadalajara, he won gold in both the 400 m hurdles and the 4 x 400 m relay.
