The women's 4-by-100-meter relay at the 2011 Pan American Games took place on October 28 at the Telmex Athletics Stadium in Guadalajara .

Eight seasons took part in the competition. The gold medal went to Brazil after 42.85 s, silver went to the United States with 43.10 s, and the bronze medal went to Colombia with 43.44 s.
