Pan American Games 2011 / Athletics - Women's 3000m Obstacle

The women's 3,000-meter obstacle course at the 2011 Pan American Games took place on October 28 at the Telmex Athletics Stadium in Guadalajara .

Twelve runners from ten countries took part in the run. Sara Hall won the gold medal after 10: 03.16 minutes, silver went to Ángela Figueroa with 10: 10.14 minutes and Sabine Heitling secured the bronze medal with 10: 10.98 minutes.
