The men's 50km walk at the 2011 Pan American Games took place in Guadalajara on October 30, 2011 .

16 athletes from nine countries took part in the competition. The gold medal was won by Horacio Nava after 3:38:58 h, silver went to José Leyver Ojeda with 3:49:16 h and the bronze medal went to Jaime Quiyuch with 3:50:33 h.
