The women's 800-meter run at the 2011 Pan American Games took place on October 25 at the Telmex Athletics Stadium in Guadalajara .

Nine athletes from seven countries took part in the competition. The gold medal was won by Adriana Muñoz after 2: 04.08 min, silver went to Gabriela Medina with 2: 04.41 min and the bronze medal went to Rosibel García with 2: 04.45 min.
