2011 Pan American Games / Athletics - Men's Shot Put
The shot put men at the 2011 Pan American Games took place on 25 October 2011 at the Telmex Athletics Stadium in Guadalajara instead.
Twelve athletes from ten countries took part in the competition. The gold medal was won by Dylan Armstrong with 21.30 m, which was also a new record for the Pan American Games. Silver went to Carlos Véliz with 20.76 m and Germán Lauro secured the bronze medal with 20.41 m.
