The men's high jump at the 2011 Pan American Games took place on October 27, 2011 at the Telmex Athletics Stadium in Guadalajara .

18 athletes from 16 countries took part in the competition. Donald Thomas won the gold medal with 2.32 m, silver went to Diego Ferrín with 2.30 m and the bronze medal went to Víctor Moya with 2.26 m.
