The men's 50 km walk at the 2019 Pan American Games took place on August 11 at Kennedy Park in the Peruvian capital Lima .

14 walkers from nine countries took part in the competition. The gold medal was won by Claudio Villanueva after 3:50:01 h, silver went to Horacio Nava with 3:51:45 h and the bronze medal was won by Diego Pinzón with 3:54:49 h.
