Gavin Smellie

Gavin Smellie ( Gavin Ramon Smellie ; born June 26, 1986 in Papine , Saint Andrew Parish ) is a Canadian sprinter of Jamaican origin.
At the World Athletics Championships in Berlin in 2009 , he was eliminated over 200 meters in the quarter-finals. In 2012, he was part of the Canadian relay, which came in third at the Olympic Games in London in the final of the 4 x 100 meter relay . However, the Canadians were disqualified after it was found that their third runner, Jared Connaughton , had exceeded his track.
In 2013 he reached the semi-finals at the World Championships in Moscow over 100 meters and won bronze in the Canadian 4 x 100 meter relay.
