Tobias Jehle
Tobias Jehle (born May 20, 1885 in Schaan ; † April 12, 1978 in Grabs , Canton St. Gallen ) was a Liechtenstein building contractor and politician ( FBP ).
biography
Jehle was one of the sons of Urban Jehle and his wife Walburga (nee Hemmerle). He was a citizen of the community of Schaan and worked as a herdsman , bricklayer and plasterer before he started working as a building contractor in the 1920s. From 1930 to 1942 he was a member of the parish council of his home parish and from 1942 to 1957 served as its parish leader . He was also a substitute judge at the State Court from 1936 to 1942 . From 1949 to 1953 Jehle, who was a member of the Progressive Citizens' Party, was a member of the state parliament of the Principality of Liechtenstein .
Jehle was single and died in 1978 in Grabs Hospital.
