Tobias Reinbacher

Tobias Reinbacher (* 1972 in Wiesbaden ) is a German law scholar and university professor .

Life

From 1992 to 2000 he studied law at the Goethe University (November 2000 1st state examination in Hesse). From May 2001 to April 2003 he completed his legal clerkship at the Court of Appeal (May 2003 2nd state examination in Berlin ). After completing his doctorate (2003–2006) at the HU Berlin , he was a research assistant at Bernd Heinrich's chair at the HU Berlin from 2003 to 2013 . After completing his habilitation (2007-2013) at the HU Berlin on the subject of criminal law in the multilevel system , he has held a professorship for criminal law and criminal procedure law at the JMU Würzburg since the summer semester 2017 .
