Toksun is a district of the Turfan (Turpan) administrative district in the Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China . Its main town is the large community of Toksun (托克逊镇).

Toksun County has an area of 16,126 km² and has around 110,000 inhabitants (2004).

Toksun County is composed of five large parishes and three parishes at the parish level . These are:

Greater community Toksun (托克逊镇), seat of the district government;
